LEIGH-ANNE SASTRE, CNM

Leigh-Anne Sastre grew up in Milford, CT and graduated with her nursing degree from St. Joseph College in West Hartford. She spent 18 years working as a labor & delivery nurse, and childbirth educator in several hospitals and communities across Connecticut, and has been at L+M Hospital since 2006.

She graduated with her Midwifery Degree from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY with honors in 2016. She is passionate about patient education and evidence-based care, and strongly believes that when you educate and care for a woman, you improve the health and well-being of her entire family. Leigh-Anne lives with her husband and four children in Norwich, CT.
